Emma McMullen

Emma joined Matti Lamb & Associates as a Law Clerk in February 2025 and quickly became a valued member of our team. She graduated from the University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Laws and International Relations and was admitted to practice as a Solicitor and Barrister of the Supreme Court of South Australia in May 2026.

Prior to her admission, Emma gained several years of experience in family law, developing strong client-focused skills and a practical understanding of complex legal matters.

Emma now practises primarily in conveyancing and property law and works within our Conveyancing, Credit Repair and Property Settlement teams. She assists clients with a broad range of property transactions and settlements, providing practical advice, clear communication and efficient service throughout the process.

Known for her approachable nature and attention to detail, Emma is committed to helping clients navigate legal matters with confidence and achieve the best possible outcomes.

Outside of the office, Emma enjoys reading, watching films and exploring Adelaide’s growing collection of cafés and coffee spots.
